6th November 44 B17G Rackheath 

This lead ship B17 of the 91st BG was hit by German flak leaving a gaping hole in the fuselage. Despite the extensive damage the aircraft returned to land at Rackheath safely. Unknown if there were casualties among the 91st BG crew.
