A replacement crew with the 790th Squadron who commenced flying combat from March 1945 and completed over a dozen missions before the end of hostilities in April 45. They are remembered fondly at Rackheath today for their kind gift of the "Coffey Gates" located at the front of Trinity Church. These were rededicated in a ceremony in January 2008 and remain an important Rackheath feature today.
