Crew #58 of the "Sally Forth"

Bob McKenzie, crew commander Crew#58, 790th Squadron, asks what happened to B24 "Sally Forth", whom the crew named and arranged the artwork. Bob and the crew were parted from "Sally Forth" at Topeka, Kansas, in May 44 prior to their journey to England. Can anyone provide the aircraft serial and subsequent history of the aircraft?
