18th August44 B24H 42-50439 "Broad & High" Kirby Bedon 

Badly crushed nose-section of "Broad & High" which was flown by the Lt. Roger Leister crew of the 788th. The ship was battle-damaged on the mission to Woippy, France - - fuel starved, the ship crashed striking an embankment on the edge of a field. See Casualties Page also B24 Photos
