Originally assigned as a replacement crew to the 789th Squadron as crew#48. First mission for the crew was the recalled mission due weather to Finow and Oranienburg 27th August 44. The lead crew changes of October 44 saw the crew further assigned to the specialist lead crew 791st Squadron as crew#78. Pictured here in March 45, pilot Troy Wild had attained the rank of Captain. They continued as a lead crew with the final mission recorded to Landshut, Germany, 16th April 1945.
