Left to right standing: Identification unknown - can anyone assist?

Replacement crew who were involved in the infamous "fog" mission of 29th December 1944. Taking off on their third mission in thick fog the ship partially hit trees crashing near Wroxham not far from the end of the Rackheath runway.
