The crew were assigned to the 801st BG(P) on May 10th 44 upon the 788th's transfer to night time special operations. Front left Carmine Margiasso remained with the 467th and was killed while assigned to the 790th Lt. Edwin Helton crew following the Berlin mission of 21st June 44. See Casualties page for details.
